Ensalada de zanahoria/ Carrot salad.

Preparé esta receta en navidad y el éxito fue tal, que he tenido que repetirla a peticion popular  =)

La comparto con el mundo.

Qué se necesita?

1. 2 zanahorias crudas ralladas.
2. 1/4 taza de pasas.
3. 2 manzanas rojas cortadas en cuadritos (dejar la cascara es opcional).
4. 1 cebolla pequeña finamente rebanada.
5. 1 aji verde cortado en cuadritos.
6. 1 pimiento morron cortado en cuadritos.

Colocar todos los ingredientes en un recipiente preferiblemente de vidrio y mezclarlos, rociar jugo de limon + sal al gusto + 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra-virgen. Bon appetit!

I made this recipe for Christmas with great success that I had to repeat it  'cause everyone asked for it  =)

 

I'll  share it with the world.

 

What will you need?

2 carrots grated and raw.
1/4 cup of raisins.
2 red apples, diced (leaving the peel is optional).
1 small onion, thinly sliced​​.
1 green pepper diced.
1 red pepper diced.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix, preferably in a glass bowl, sprinkle lemon juice + salt to your taste + 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin  olive oil. Bon appetit!
